Services - Project Management

The Project Management group is responsible for all aspects of project execution from conception to completion.  Commonwealth’s Project Management group has a vast amount of experience in all phases of projects, including conceptual, feasibility, front end engineering, detail engineering, construction, start-up, and commissioning.  Our project managers have complete responsibility for executing their assigned projects, including cost and schedule attainment, quality and safety.

• Prime contract administration
• Scope definition for facilities and services
• Project execution planning
• Project documentation
• Change management program
• Weekly and monthly reports
• Project closeout

 Project reports:

• Weekly Status
  • Assembled and reviewed with client
• Monthly Report
  • 10 working days after monthly cutoff
  • Contents as described above
  • Example reports provided by Commonwealth to client for approval

Services of the cost management group are client and project driven.  Cost management is a proactive (forward looking) member of project teams keeping project management informed of barriers to maintaining project budgets and forecasts.
