POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Process Engineering Manager
     POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the hydrocarbons refining, petrochemical, and/or closely related energy process industries.
  • Management experience of Engineers and Designers.
  • Experience in front end process studies as well as detail design.
  • Experience with project scheduling, estimating techniques, and project planning requirements.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.

     RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative supervision of a group of 5 to 8 Process Engineers.
  • Perform manpower planning and oversee career development of Process Engineers in the group.
  • Function as Process Lead on large projects, supervising several area leads; providing both technical and administrative supervision.
  • Support technical development and sales efforts in specific business areas.
  • Provides departmental leadership.
