POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Piping Designer
     POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical piping design experience(s) in the hydrocarbons refining, petrochemical, and/or closely related energy process industries.
  • Knowledge of CAD software, CADWorx is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with applicable Engineering Principles, Process Technologies, and current statutory and professional Design/ standards and codes.

     POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare piping layouts and conceptual designs for moderate to difficult and complex problems.
  • Interface with other design disciplines.
  • Become proficient in other 2D and 3D CAD software, as required.
  • Perform squad check of vendor equipment drawings and drawings from other disciplines.
  • Assist Piping Design Supervisor, as required.
  • Participate in general department training programs and seminars..
